Hi everyone! My name is Sarhai and I am currently a student at Southeastern University. I am getting my Bachelors in Business Administration, but my goal is to get a masters in Publishing. I have always had a love for reading and writing. Growing up you could always find me hunched over a book, be it in the car, at school, even at the dinner table. I am mostly drawn to the fantasy, sci-fi, and romcom genres but every once in a while I will veer to other genres.

I started writing poetry when I was in middle school as a way to cope with my feelings and continued the practice through high school. These poems covered a number of topics – family, boys, friends, school, etc. I wrote some songs as well and even released two on Spotify. I’ve always found writing as a good outlet when I feel like I’m drowning in emotions.

Through this blog, I hope to give a peek into those thoughts and emotions and my life. Hope you stick around and enjoy!
